This work is the three-dimensional production of a drawing by the artist. It is located in the corner of a terrace, on the ninth floor of a private residence in the centre of Turin, from where it dominates the city. The author wanted to dedicate a work of art, in a city full of prestigious monuments (surely among the most beautiful in Europe), to the first inhabitant of where the city first rose, who could not be but a primitive hunter-warrior. The piece is an anthracite colour and during the day is outlined against the sky like a drawing on paper. At sunset the work, thanks to a special transparent paint, changes its colour and assumes a sky-blue shade silhouetted against the dark sky. Similar figures were carved by Ferrero in 2005 on some great rocks on Jamson Bay beach on the island of Koh Tao, Thailand.
